Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on the product you use, the platform you use it on, and the features available in that product. We may collect the following categories of information:
a. Technical and Device Information We may collect technical information such as device type, operating system and version, app or game version, language and region settings, device identifiers or platform identifiers where permitted, IP address, crash logs, diagnostic logs, performance data, error reports, and date and time of usage. This information is used to operate, debug, secure, and improve our products.
b. Platform Account Information When our products use platform services, we may receive limited account-related information from the platform provider. Depending on the platform and product, this may include Epic Account ID, Epic display name, SteamID, Steam public profile name, Apple Game Center identifier, Google Play Games identifier, achievement data, statistics, leaderboard data, entitlement data, or ownership information. We do not receive your platform password, payment card details, or full billing information from Apple, Google, Epic Games, Steam, or other platform providers.
c. Gameplay and App Usage Information We may collect information related to how you use our products, such as game progress, save data, achievements, statistics, leaderboard scores, in-game settings, completed levels or tasks, session activity, feature usage, crash or bug events, and purchase entitlement status. This data is used to provide gameplay features, save progress, unlock achievements, verify ownership, improve performance, and support users.
d. Purchase and Entitlement Information If you purchase a paid app, game, in-app purchase, subscription, downloadable content, or other digital item, the payment is processed by the relevant platform provider, such as Apple, Google, Epic Games, Steam, or another store. We may receive limited purchase-related information such as product identifier, purchase status, subscription or entitlement status, transaction confirmation, store region, refund status, or cancellation status where provided by the platform. We do not collect or store your full credit card number, bank account information, or payment credentials.
e. Support Information If you contact us for support, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name or display name, product name, platform, device information, screenshots or files you send, description of the issue, and support messages. We use this information only to respond to your request, investigate issues, and improve our products.
f. User-Generated Content and Online Features Some products may include online features such as public chat, community features, usernames, leaderboards, multiplayer features, or shared content. If you use these features, the information you submit may be visible to other users depending on the feature. This may include username or display name, chat messages, leaderboard name and score, public profile information provided by the platform, and shared gameplay information.
Note: Please do not submit personal information in public chat or public community areas.
g. Advertising and Analytics Information Some mobile apps may use analytics, crash reporting, attribution, or advertising services. Depending on the product, these services may process limited information such as app interactions, approximate region, device information, advertising identifier where permitted, crash data, performance data, ad impressions, or ad interactions. We do not use personalized advertising in products that are directed to children. Where ads are shown to children or users of unknown age, we aim to use non-personalized ads and child-appropriate settings required by applicable platform policies.
How Information Is Captured

b. Service Providers We may use third-party service providers for crash reporting, analytics, cloud services, authentication, purchase validation, subscription management, advertising where applicable, customer support, hosting, and security. These providers may access limited information only as necessary to perform services for us and are expected to protect the information according to applicable privacy and security requirements.
c. Legal and Safety Purposes We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights and property, investigate fraud, abuse, cheating, or security issues, protect users and the public, or enforce our terms or platform rules.
Third-Party Services
Depending on the product and platform, our apps and games may use third-party services such as Google Play Services, Google Play Games Services, Apple App Store services, Apple Game Center, Apple iCloud or system frameworks, Epic Games Store services, Epic Online Services, Steamworks SDK, Firebase services, analytics services, crash reporting services, purchase or subscription management services, and advertising services where applicable.
Third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of the platform or service provider you use.
Epic Games Services
Some PC games may use Epic Games Store services or Epic Online Services for features such as authentication, achievements, ownership verification, entitlements, cloud saves, or other platform functionality.

When Epic services are used, we may process limited Epic Account Data such as Epic Account ID, display name, entitlement status, achievement status, or other information required for the specific Epic feature.

We use Epic Account Data only for permitted product functionality, such as authentication, achievements, entitlements, player identification, or support.

We do not sell, rent, license, or disclose Epic Account Data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for monetary consideration.

We retain Epic Account Data only for as long as necessary to provide the relevant feature or as required by law.

Users may request deletion of Epic Account Data by contacting us at info@inspectorstudios.com. If Epic notifies us that a user has requested deletion, we will delete the relevant Epic Account Data unless retention is required by law.

Products that use Epic Account Services are not primarily directed to children under the age of 13.

Steam Services
Some PC games may use Steamworks features such as Steam authentication, SteamID, achievements, stats, leaderboards, cloud saves, overlay, or ownership verification.

When Steamworks features are used, we may process limited Steam-related information such as SteamID, public Steam profile name, achievement status, stats, leaderboard scores, ownership status, and related gameplay information.

We use Steam-related information only to provide Steam platform features, verify ownership, save progress, unlock achievements, support users, and improve gameplay features.

We do not collect Steam passwords, Steam payment information, or private Steam account credentials.

Apple App Store and Apple Services
For apps distributed through Apple platforms, Apple may process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, Game Center features, iCloud features, or other Apple platform services.

We do not receive full payment card details from Apple.

On Apple devices, our products comply with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework where applicable. We do not track users across apps and websites owned by other companies unless the user has provided permission where required.

Google Play and Google Services
For apps distributed through Google Play, Google may process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, Google Play Games features, and other platform services.

We may receive limited information necessary to validate purchases, provide subscriptions, restore purchases, enable achievements or leaderboards, or provide app functionality.

We do not receive full payment card details from Google.

For Google Play apps, our privacy disclosures and Google Play Data Safety information are intended to accurately reflect the data collected, used, shared, and secured by each app.

Advertising
Some products may display advertising where allowed by platform policies and applicable law.

If ads are used, ads may be contextual or non-personalized where required.

Child-directed products do not use personalized advertising.

We do not knowingly use behavioral advertising for children, nor do we knowingly sell children’s personal information.

Ad providers may process limited data necessary to show, measure, secure, and improve ads. Advertising identifiers are used only where permitted by platform policies and user consent requirements.

Some of our mobile apps may be designed for children or families, while other products are intended for general audiences. For child-directed products:

Products using Epic Account Services are not primarily directed to children under 13.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data:

Please include the product name, platform, and relevant account identifier if available, such as your Epic Account ID, SteamID, Apple Game Center ID, Google Play Games ID, or support email address. This helps us locate the relevant information.
We may need to verify your request before taking action. Some information may be retained if required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform obligations. If a product allows users to create an account directly with us, we will provide a way to request account deletion from inside the product where required by platform policy.
Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include limited access controls, secure platform services, encrypted transmission where appropriate, secure development practices, and restricted access to support or backend systems.
